Asus ZenFone AR unveiled at Google I/O & Exclusively available on Verizon Wireless

At Google I/O event, Asus unveiled the world first Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) smartphone that is both Google Tango-enabled & Daydream-ready which exclusively available on Verizon Wireless. Asus ZenFone AR first announce in CES 2017 & now available in US market’s.

Asus Zenfone AR has 5.7 inch WQHD (2560×1440) SuperAMOLED display with 79% screen-to-body ratio, Tru2life technology for high contrast and outdoor readable, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4, & Bluelight filter for eye care. The display of Zenfone AR is Daydream ready which built for VR, so ultra-smooth graphics, & high-fidelity sensors that precisely track head movement, ZenFone AR immerses you in incredible new worlds that are so realistic, you feel as if you are actually there.

A smartphone packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad-core 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU. Asus ZenFone AR got superior Hi-Res Audio & DTS Virtual Surround Sound with ultra-loud 5 magnet speaker for up to 40% better performance, ASUS SonicMaster 3.0, DTS Headphone:X for virtual 7.1 surround sound, & NXP Smart AMP technology delivers up to 4X sound volume.

Asus ZenFone AR drilled with 6GB RAM/8GB RAM variant, 32GB/64GB/128GB/256GB/ internal storage variant plus you expand storage up to 2TB. Also, ASUS WebStorage: 5GB free for life & Google Drive: 100GB free space for 2 years.

Now talk about the camera which has 3 rear camera, Company called this TriCam system for Tango. The 1st rear camera has hi-resolution 23MP, 2nd rear camera for Motion tracking & 3rd rear camera for Depth sensing. If we see how the camera work, so it’s like be human eye, we see objects & track them. Depth sensing camera provide IR (infrared) projector that measure the distance from real world objects. Also, the camera record 4K video.

The price not yet unveiled & we think so soon available in India market. Company say “The ZenFone AR will be available with 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, with Verizon as the exclusive wireless provider, in the United States in summer 2017. Pricing will be announced at a later date.”
