Jeep unveiled Seven Off-Road Concept Vehicles for 52nd Annual Moab Easter Safari. As we all know that thousands of off-road enthusiasts will head to Moab, Utah for the annual Jeep event to participate in a week of technical off-roading on best trails & sexy concept off-road vehicles. So, lets check seven off-road concept –
Jeep 4Speed Concept
Jeep 4Speed Concept powered by 2.0-liter I-4 turbocharged engine, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. There is Dana 44 front & rear axles with 4.10 gear ratio plus 18-inch lightweight monoblock wheels wrapped in 35-inch BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires.
These one shaved lot of weight by using carbon fiber hood, high-clearance carbon fiber fender flares & carbon fiber rear tub with perforated aluminum panels. Jeep 4Speed Concept has a sleek side view with raked windshield, enlarge door openings & aggressively swept back custom cage. While rear offer lightweight bodywork & ride height is two inches higher than a regular Wrangler.
Jeep 4Speed Concept overall length has been shortened by 22 inches while it’s wheelbase has same length that increased approach plus departure angles. Now talking about interior so, customized instrument panel, re-trimmed front seats, rear seats have been removed plus welding curtain has been repurposed as a bikini top. The floor has been bedlined & foot wells have been replaced with perforated aluminum panels.
Jeep Sandstorm Concept
Jeep Sandstorm Concept powered by 6.4-liter V-8 engine that taken from Mopar performance catalog while these one mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Off-road vehicle packed with heavy-duty front and rear Dynatrac 60 axles with 5.68 gear ratio, 17-inch beadlock wheels & 39.5-inch BF Goodrich Krawler tires.
As per the company “The front axle has been moved forward four inches and utilizes a heavy-duty longarm four-link suspension and track bar. The rear axle has been moved back two inches and utilizes a triangulated trailing arm four-link suspension. The longer wheelbase allows for increased high-speed stability. Custom coilovers and bypass shocks allow the front wheels to travel 14 inches while the rear wheels can travel up to 18 inches.”
These one inspired by Baja race truck & Sandstorm exterior design give Baja look with vented carbon fiber hood, vented high clearance front and rear fender flares & cage that includes a rear mounted lay down style spare tire carrier. While exterior handles as well swing gate have been removed & rear doors have been chopped for a cleaner look.
For more Baja styling has high clearance front and rear tube bumpers, modified rock rails, an integrated on-board air compressor, race-style fuel filler, KC Carbon series front auxiliary lights & chase light.
Jeep Sandstorm Concept interior also inspired by Baja race truck, custom cage that integrates the chassis, leather-trimmed front seats, low-back racing bucket rear seats, racing-inspired cluster & 7-inch off-road GPS unit handle navigation as well independent rocker switches control on-board electronics, air compressor & axle lockers. Company use sheds all plastic trim & carpet in favor of a bedlined floor.
Jeep B-Ute Concept
Jeep B-ute Concept powered by 2.4-liter Tigershark engine & mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. These one offered 1.5-inch lift kit, a roof rack and rock rails, for off-roading 17-inch wheels with 30mm offset & wrapped in BF Goodrich T/A Baja Champion tires.
The exterior has unique front and rear fascias plus upper grille area, hood with heat extractors & wider flares. Jeep B-ute Concept interior offer custom trimmed seats with Mineral inserts, Carbonite finish on the shifter, speaker + vent surrounds, Piano Black inserts, a Molle system on the back of the front seats & Mopar all-weather floor mats.
Jeep Wagoneer Roadtrip Concept
Jeep Wagoneer Roadtrip Concept is classical off-road car that powered by 5.7-liter V-8 & engine mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. These sexy off-road offer boxed and reinforced frame, Dana 44 front and rear axles with lockers, four-link suspension with coilover springs & 17-inch steel wheels wrapped in 33-inch BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain tires.
These classical offer stretched five inches wheelbase while body has been updated to accept the additional length, wider track + custom fender flares. Jeep Wagoneer Roadtrip more exterior design, reshaped wheel wells, bumpers & integrated rock rails. As well razor grille freshens the look up front, while Bottle Green architectural glass replaces the original pieces.
While interior same like older nothing has been changed.
Nacho Jeep Concept
Nacho Jeep Concept is premium off-road vehicle which powered by 2.0-liter turbocharged I-4 engine with cold-air intake. There is increased off-road clearance and new 2.5-inch diameter aluminum body shocks, oversized 37-inch tires wrap around 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, & satin-carbon finish on the wheels.
It’s beadlock trim rings are finished in high-gloss back plus secured with cadmium-plated bolts. Nacho came from Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) which offer rock rails are thicker and wider to protect the exterior + carry a grippier coating, 2-inch-round tube doors & grab handles embossed with the iconic Jeep grille logo.
Nacho Jeep Concept packed with many LED auxiliary lights & rear off-road scouting light uses four-color LEDs to communicate trail conditions – stop (red), 1-3 miles per hour (amber), 3-25 mph (green) and a rear flood light (white). Also, interior is very luxury with leather seats & many more.
Jeep Jeepster Concept
Jeep Jeepster Concept is packed with same two tone red and white paint job as we seen in Wrangler Rubicon. What is changed? So, roof chopped by two inches and Bright White custom windshield raked back 2.5 degrees give compact appearance.
Also, customized windshield maintains the all-new Wrangler’s convenient fold-down feature, it’s Bright White also accents the perimeter of the Rubicon fender flares & upper portion of the concept half doors. Jeep badging is replaced with a tri-color Jeepster hard badge.
Jeep Jeepster Concept offer 2-inch lift kit and 2.5-inch diameter aluminum body shocks work with oversized, 37-inch BF Goodrich KO2 tires, Beadlock-capable 17-inch wheels are got body-color matching Firecracker Red beadlock trim rings, JPP portfolio feature like black fuel door, grab handles & all-weather floor mats. Other is feature is same like Rubicon.
Jeep J-Wagon Concept
Jeep J-Wagon Concept is based on Wrangler Sahara & got some great updates. There is new 5-inch LED lights mount with JPP brackets offer military grade illumination, premium Sahara bumper aligns with the vehicle’s color pattern via Brass Monkey fog lamp bezels plus also features 17-inch slot-design wheels that are also finished in Brass Monkey.
It’s exterior offer black JPP fuel door and Orange Crush on Jeep badge & tow hooks add style points. A spare 35-inch KM3 BF Goodrich tire mounts to the spare tire tailgate hinge reinforcement, and includes the JPP Center High-Mount Stop Light (CHMSL) light relocation kit.
